International Management Institute, New Delhi, known as IMI, New Delhi is a private business school located in New Delhi, India. Established in the year 1981, it was India's first corporate sponsored business school. Sanjiv Goenka, Chairman of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, is the Chairman of the IMI Governing Committee.

To develop socially sensitive, ethical, value-adding leaders and organizations through relevant teaching, research, training, and consulting that serve stakeholders’ interests.

The PGDM programme, early known as PGP programme, offered by the Institute is recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), whereas PGDM (HRM) and Fellow programmes are recognised by the All Indian Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It has more than 30 permanent faculty members.
