Glorious 25 years of service to apparel industry pursuing skills-excellence Apparel Training & Design Centre (ATDC) has emerged as India’s Largest Quality Vocational Training provider for the Apparel Sector with over 200 directly – run ATDCs including 100 ATDC centres Pan-India spread across 23 states, 86 cities and about 150 districts PAN-India. ATDC is a unique skill training organization offering Shop-Floor, Supervisory and Managerial Level training courses i.e. 300 hrs. to 3000 hrs. ranging from NSQF level 01-03 to 05-07 i.e. from ISDS (MOT, GOI) short term entry-level certificate courses to longer-duration Bachelor Degree (B.Voc) programs in collaboration with RGNYID (Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports) through the ATDC-SKPs approved by the AICTE (MHRD,GOI)

ATDC has already trained over 3 lakh Trainees and has transformed lives by providing gainful employment to youth, women & disadvantaged sections of the society and in particular over the pilot project period of ISDS, MOT, GOI since October 2010 (till Dec 2013) above 1,00,000 candidates have been enrolled and over 75% have been placed in the apparel industry with 45% in large & SME and also 25-30% in domestic industry units /self-help group and the rest for self-employment. ATDCs has emerged as the largest Vocational Training Provider with a leading position in the vocational education space being a nodal agency under component-1 for implementing Integrated Skill Development Scheme (ISDS) of Ministry of Textiles, GOI in 2010 where ATDC took the ambitious target of training 1, 72,220 candidates in five years under SMART project and has successfully trained 1, 52,138 candidates through 176 ATDC Centres pan-India till March 2015.
